My Book List

While I finish off my English stereotypes blog post I thought I would keep you going with a challenge I was set last month to name ten books that have impacted my life in some way. It’s travelling it’s way around Facebook and I am sure a few of you have been nominated to do it too. Some of these books have inspired me to travel, another to go to university, a few to get off my bum and do something but all have them changed my way of thinking in one way or another. If any of you have been nominated put your books in the comment section and I’ll try and read some of your books.

My list of books in no particular order:

1. Round the World in Eighty Days – Jules Verne
2. The Sense of an Ending – Julian Barnes
3. Shantaram – Gregory David Roberts
4. Hell on Earth – Ven Bagdro
5. Himalaya – Micheal Palin
6. High Fidelity – Nick Hornby
7. Starter for Ten – David Nicholls
8. The Chronicles of Narnia – C.S Lewis
9. Never Let Me Go – Kazuo Ishiguro
10. & Sons – David Gilbert

I haven’t seen this before but I just nominated myself on my Facebook so lets see how many people I can spread it too. This certainly redeems the internet for neck nomination and the other awful ones….
