As regular readers will know this year I moved into my own place in the Cotswolds and to celebrate this special year I thought I would get a real Christmas tree from just down the road. So after picking up the ornaments, lights, a pot to keep the tree in and choosing just the right Christmas tree I shoved them all rather unceremoniously inside my rather tiny car and headed merrily on my way, carols blaring out. It wasn’t until I got home that I realised I had forgot one rather key thing; a star/angel for the top of the tree. Below is how I solved this problem, after all fezzes are cool according to Doctor Who!
I think a tradition has been born….
Shades of Tommy Cooper.
Just like that!
My tree had a fez too! New trend…?
Really?! Have you got a photo of it?
Yes, but I don’t know to attach. There’s a slightly crappy one here: http://notesfromasmallmigrant.com/2015/01/18/how-to-enjoy-an-expat-christmas-in-ankara-turkey/
Thats so brilliant clearly we are trend setters!
High five! But it is the feztive season after all (sorry)…
Ohhhh i like that hahaha
Doctor who fan perchance?
